Return Guarantee We stand by the quality of our pet gear and want you to be satisfied. We offer a return period of thirty days from the date of delivery. If this period has passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange for your purchase.
Eligibility for Returns To maintain strict hygiene standards for pet health, toys and exercise wheels must be unused and in the original packaging. Carriers and houses must be free of pet hair, scent, or any signs of usage. For safety and health reasons, certain items that have been in contact with animals cannot be returned if they show signs of wear.
Return Shipping and Costs The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final refund.
